The KIT team includes former educators, program leaders, and specialists with deep experience in youth programs, education, and training. Our combination of academic training, field experience, and leadership expertise ensures KIT training is grounded in what actually happens in schools, camps, and youth programs every day.

Who We Help

KIT supports professionals and organizations working across out-of-school time and youth development settings, including:

  • After-school and out-of-school time programs
  • Early childhood and child care settings
  • Camps and recreation programs
  • Schools and district-based programs
  • Youth-serving nonprofits and agencies

We work with program leaders, directors, educators, and staff who are responsible for creating inclusive environments and supporting children and youth in their programs.
