Xochitl brings 18 years of experience in nonprofit and school district settings to her work at KIT. She has worked in program administration and directly with children at the YMCA, the Children’s Initiative, and as an inclusion facilitator and paraeducator in several schools. She is a California native, loving her life in Chula Vista with her husband, two sons and dog, Penny. At KIT, Xochitl’s role involves supporting the KIT trainers and coaches, and helping our clients access services.
