Seeking Human Resources Expert

KIT is looking for an HR professional to join our board during an important time. We are preparing our search for a new CEO in the coming year. Additionally, we are evolving our model from primarily training to one with a greater emphasis on coaching for teachers and after school providers.

Ideal Background

• Deep HR experience
• Expertise in executive recruiting, with a track record of successful internal executive hires
• Knowledge of training and development, particularly for educators and youth development professionals
• Understanding of coaching models and experience implementing coaching programs
• Passion for identifying and developing talent, with an inclusion lens
• Nonprofit board experience is a plus
