Paul Perez-Rodriguez, MS

Paul Perez-Rodriguez joined Kids Included Together (KIT) in 2025 as an Education & Training Specialist. In this role, Paul travels to provide training and consultation to out-of-school time programs, supporting educators, staff, and leaders in creating inclusive environments for children with and without disabilities. Drawing on his specialized knowledge, Paul equips teams with strategies to effectively support children from birth to age 18, particularly those with disabilities and challenging behaviors.

Paul brings a rich background of experience, including five years in customer service, 17 years in public education in Texas, and one year in the nonprofit sector. As a former School Counselor, Paul worked closely with children and their families, advocating for their needs and connecting them with resources to foster growth and success.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Counseling and Child Psychology, and a Master of Science in Special Education. Paul is certified by the Texas Education Agency in both Mathematics and Counseling.

Paul’s driving mission is to advocate unapologetically until every voice has a seat at the table. He is deeply committed to fostering inclusive spaces where all children feel seen, heard, and valued.

In his free time, Paul enjoys relaxing at home with his miniature farm of five fur-babies and a cat, spending quality time with his husband and son, and creating lasting memories. Whether watching a movie, catching a sunset, or sharing laughs with friends, Paul is fully embracing his “Peace-of-Mind” era.
