Last week we had a few “How is it already September?” conversations. Before we know it, it will be 2019. There is a lot to do between now and then though, and the feeling we have is positive and powerful. Here’s why…
Our new Open Learning platform launched this week! If you want to check it out visit our Online Learning Center at KIT.org. This is a cool new way we are going to be able to share our KIT inclusion resources more broadly and also pull people from social media platforms back to KIT.org to see what we are about. We will be adding many more microlearning pieces as we go forward. Big congratulations to our KIT eLearning team for hitting this milestone!
We welcomed Unified Theater to the KIT family in July and now that teachers and students are back at school, Unified Theater clubs are starting to ramp up. Unified Theater advisors have been logging onto the KIT Online Learning Center to start planning their program for this year.
Viviana wrapped up a three-day visit with Telamon Michigan working with these smiling Head Start teachers. In the bottom photo, they are showing off their rubber duckies that they earned during the training. I can’t explain it, but people love those ducks.
So, bring it September! We are ready for you and so ready to help more people create inclusive schools and communities!
