From Overwhelmed to Confident: Your 30-Day Inclusion Plan
Professional growth doesn’t always look like a promotion. Sometimes it’s a strategy that finally works. As a child care professional, it might look like a conversation with a family that changes how you see a child. Or a colleague sharing something they’ve learned. For professionals working with children and youth, learning happens alongside the work itself. And every new skill, strategy, and perspective becomes another way to help a child participate, connect, and belong.
This Workforce Development Month, we’re celebrating the people who keep doing that work. The providers and staff who keep learning, adapting, asking questions, and trying again. And we wanted to make the next step easier to find.
Who Is the 30-Day Inclusion Plan For?
The 30-Day Inclusion Plan is a guided professional development path focused on inclusive practices for professionals working in child care, early childhood settings, before and after-school programs, summer and recreation camps, and other child and youth-serving programs.
You can choose a path based on what you’re working through right now, whether you’re responding to challenging behavior, supporting a child with a disability, building partnerships with families, learning the foundations of inclusion, or leading an inclusive team.

The Problem with “Hundreds of Resources”
A resource library with hundreds of trainings, clips, articles, and tip sheets is a strength, but not when you’re staring at the homepage trying to figure out where to start. Variety without direction just turns into a tab you mean to get back to.
So we built a starting point.
Introducing: Your 30-Day Inclusion Plan
Every new Learning Hub membership now includes From Overwhelmed to Confident: Your 30-Day Inclusion Plan, a guide that turns “Where do I even start?” into clear paths.
Instead of browsing, you pick one path based on what’s actually happening in your program right now:
- Behavior challenges: for when meltdowns and shutdowns have you reacting instead of responding.
- New to inclusion: for building the foundation of what inclusion means and what’s asked of you.
- Supporting children with disabilities: for when one specific child is on your mind and you want adaptations that actually work.
- Partnering with families: for when conversations feel hard and trust is thin.
- Program leadership: for when you’re responsible for a team and a policy, not just a classroom.
How Does the 30-Day Inclusion Plan Work?
Each path takes about one hour a week for four weeks. You’ll move through a curated sequence of courses, clips, articles, and tip sheets designed to build your knowledge over time, then end each week with something to try in practice.
