Amanda Couture

Amanda Couture has been with KIT since July 2009, and currently serves as the Data and Systems Strategist. In her role, Amanda enhances internal processes by ensuring quality service data and overseeing Salesforce, the organization’s CRM software. She plays a key role in integrating systems that support client needs and streamline staff efforts.

Originally coming from a background in education and ministry, Amanda was drawn to the nonprofit sector by a desire to support a meaningful mission. Her time at KIT has deeply influenced her perspective, fueling her commitment to inclusion across all areas. She is passionate about using her strengths to support marginalized communities, both in her work and personal life.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys connecting with friends and watching and playing sports with her family.
