"As I continue my journey, I remain committed to championing inclusivity, understanding its profound impact on individual growth and collective success."

With a passion for education and a commitment to fostering positive development, Meredith dedicated 12 years of her career to the Navy Child and Youth Programs. In her roles as a teacher, leader, assistant trainer, and trainer, she played a pivotal role in creating enriching environments for children and youth associated with the military, contributing to their educational and personal growth. Building on her experience with the Navy, Meredith transitioned to working with the Marine Corps for two years as a Behavior Specialist. In this capacity, she honed her skills, working to understand and address the unique needs of individuals within the Marine Corps community. Meredith holds a BA in Elementary Education, providing her with a solid foundation for her roles in teaching and training.

Throughout her professional journey, Meredith has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of inclusion. It is not merely a checkbox but a philosophy that permeates every aspect of her work. Inclusive practices have not only enhanced the learning experiences of those she has taught but have also contributed to building stronger, more resilient communities within the military.
