Crystal Allen

Crystal returned to KIT in 2023 as an Education and Training Specialist after serving in Navy Child and Youth Programs as a Training and Curriculum Specialist and Youth Director. She holds a BS in Management and MA in Education Curriculum and Instruction. Crystal is passionate about inclusion, having had the opportunity to see so many children learn new skills and find success through teaching and embracing inclusive practices and environments. She’s spent her career serving military children and working with children of all ages.

In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, camping, reading and traveling.
