Cheri DeAngelis is a child and youth development specialist. Cheri has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She has spent the past 27 years providing professional development, mentoring and coaching services with and for ASES’s, ASSET’s, 21st CCLC, licensed fee-based, parks and recreation, CBO, religious, nonprofit organizations, out-of-school time and expanded learning programs, and preschools. As a trainer, coach, and mentor, Cheri believes in the philosophy of paying forward by sharing her wealth of knowledge, experiences, and skills related to children and youth with others in the profession. She has helped increase and enhance the capacity of programs and staff across the nation to maximize the quality of programs and opportunities for children and youth. She is dedicated to moving from meaningful to intentional through her work with children, youth, staff, volunteers, and families.
